Westie Show News Rules



Certain privilages

NOT MEMBERS: can send full results and 1 photo and class photo's (made on show),
before Friday evening after the show. (before 4 PM Belgian Time)


FOR MEMBERS
Please read the RULES first ( also top 10 ), it will most of the time answer
all your questions and safe me the time to explain why your dog gets a certain amount of points.


RESULTS

1. All showresults need to be send in BEFORE Friday evening after the show took place. (Before 4 PM Belgian time )
If everybody waits to send the results until deadline ! ... I will stop adding results when it is my bedtime.
After that NO results wont be added to the site anymore, same for additions, corrections , pictures, or whatever...

2. Only COMPLETE results included owners names will be added to the site.
Not only results of the winners or results from your own dogs.

3. Try to be clear in what you send me, mention clearly about what show you are mailing me,
with correct name, date and name of judge.

4. My geographie is very bad so always include the name of the country where the show took place so I do not need go search on google.

5. Results need to be typed in a mail or word document.
Scans of cataloques or pictures of the resultsboard wont be accepted.

6. Use SEPERATE mails for different shows, do NOT send results from different shows in the same mail.

7. Send me clear results, sometimes I get things in that resemble more a puzzle or a riddle then results.
I have really no time to resolve puzzles and I do not have a crystal ball to see the missing parts!

8. Results such as VG, G, DQ wont be removed from the site for nobody.
Not for not-members, members, friends or not-friends, same as for my own dog.
I want this site to be honnest, I am not going to cheat with the results, so safe yourself the trouble to even ask me.


PICTURES

1. All pictures need to be send in BEFORE Friday evening after the show took place, (Before 4 PM Belgian time )
After that no pictures wont be added to the site anymore.

2. Give pictures the CORRECT name of the dogs involved!
Ex. if the dog is called Zorro not tell me it's Spiderman because that is how you call him at home.
I really can not remember from every westie in the world what his nickname at home is!

3. Use seperate mails for different shows, do not send pictures from different shows in the same mail.

4. Do not send in pictures from dogs taken to make the other dogs look BAD. First of all you would not like
other people doing that to you !
And second that is only double work for me because the owner of that dog will mail me to remove that picture from the site.

5. Try to limit the amount of pictures.
No more then 2 pictures per dog will be added to the page.
An Exception can be made for pictures of wins in the ring of honnor.
In fact I prefer pictures from line ups to single pictures, since in line ups we see the difference in dogs better.

6. Only pictures taken AT THAT SHOW itself will be added to the page.
NO archive pictures or pictures taken at home will be added.
So safe me the trouble of having to remove them again, since as quick as you send me those pictures, even quicker somebody else will mail me to tell me those pictures where taking elsewhere and I need to remove them.

7. I don't at copyright on pictures! If you want copyrights you must do it yourself.

8. Please for the showresults send HONNEST pictures.
Not pictures that are repainted so the dog looks not near like the real one anymore
I have had the chance to see pictures "Before and After"and altough I admire the artists photoshop- skills,
it's not fair to those who send in honnest pictures.
We all like to compaire the dogs and make our own opion about who should have won.
But how can we compaire dogs if one is natural and the other one is a repainted better version of the original?


MEMBERSSECTION OF THE SITE

1. Saterday's, Sunday's and Monday's... ONLY showresults will be added to the site!
Other things like puppies, studdogs, champions aso, can be send in during the rest of the week.

2. When your yearly membership ENDS, you get a mail from me asking if you want to stay a member or not.
Members that do NOT reply to me or did not pay before the end of the month, will be REMOVED without further warning!
Once removed you wont be added to the site again.


TOP 10'S

1. Additions and/or corrections will only be made before Friday evening after the show took place:
(Before 4 PM Belgian time )... after that no more complaints will be possible.

2. Points will only be added if i get in FULL results for that show, so other people can doublecheck the results on the site.



SPECIAL RULES

In case of any week being different for whatever raison
there will be a big arange frame on the site with text in red
Explaining how the shows will be added that week.
I will afcourse always do my best so membersresults will be on site,
in any form, but so the results for the top-10's can be in any cases added
In such weeks depending what is going on, results for shows with no membersdogs present
will in any case not be added to the site
