Westie Show News Rules


Since this site is growing so big and the weekly amount of shows is still increasing,i need to make some rules so i can keep doing this
Do not take this personally, most of you already are sending things in a perfect way

1. Try to be clear in what you send me,mention clearly about what show you are mailing me,correct name,date and name of judge

2.My geographie is very bad so always include the name of the countrie where the show took place so i do not need go search on google,
That is only taking time i could spend more usefull adding results on the site

3.Results need to be typed in a mail or word doc
Scans of cataloques wont be excepted since it takes me too much time to type them myself

4. Send me clear results,sometimes i get things in that resemble more a puzzle or a riddle then results
I have really no time to resolve puzzles and i do not have a crystal ball to see the missing parts

5. Give pictures the correct name of the dogs involved
Ex. if the dog is called Zorro not tell me its Spiderman because that is how you call him at home
I really can not remember from every westie in the world what his nickname at home is

6.Do not send in pictures from dogs taken to make the other dogs look bad
First of all you would not like other people doing that to you !!
And second that is only double work for me because the owner of that dog will mail me to remove that picture from the site

7.Try to limit the amount of pictures
People do not want to see 10 pictures from the same dog on one page, normally 1 picture per dog will do the trick
Exceptions can be made with pictures taken in the ring of honnor
In any case no more then 3 pictures of the same dog will be added to the page
In fact i prefer pictures from line ups to single pictures,since in line ups we see the difference in dogs better

8. Only pictures taken at the show itself will be added to the page
No archive pictures or pictures taken at home will be added
So safe me the trouble of having to remove them again,since as quick as you send me those pictures,even quicker somebody else will mail me to tell me those pictures where taking elsewhere and i need to remove them

9.Mention the name of the copyright that you want on the pictures, from now on pictures that are send in without that i will ad on the site without a copyright on

10.Only complete results will be added to the site;
Not only results of the winners or results from your own dogs

11.Starting right now i will only accept showresults and pictures until the next friday after the show took place

12.Same for the top 10's
Additions and/or corrections will only be made within one week after the show... after one week no more complaints will be possible
Points will only be added if i get in full results for that show,so other people can doublecheck the results

13. Saterday's, sunday's and monday's... only showresults and top 10 points will be added to the site
Other things like puppies,studdogs, champions aso, can be send in during the week

14. Results such as VG, G, DQ wont be removed from the site for nobody
Not for not-members, members,friends or not-friends, same as for my own dog
I want this site to be honnest , i am not going to cheat with the results , so safe yourself the trouble to even ask me

15. This only concerns members
When your yearly membership ends, you get a mail from me asking if you want to stay a member or not
Members that do not reply to me or did not pay before the end of the month ,will be removed without further warning
Once removed you wont be added to the site again !

The rest of this is for shows in POLAND
Everyone in Poland has the right to join wsn,i am the only owner and
webmaster of this site,so if you want to join feel free to do so,
nobody else has anything to say in that matter
Since the situation is getting out of hand...
FRom now on all pictures of shows in Poland need to be send directly to me
And you can only send me pictures of your own dogs ( not more then two
pictures of the same dog,like is told in the wsn rules)
If you want to send me pictures of other dogs then first ask permission
from the dogs-owners to do so

I hope you understand i need to make some rules, i like doing this site but i can only keep doing this if i do not need waste my time on solving riddles

Last but not least i want to thank Lucie for the help with CZ Shows
And if you have complaints do it to me,she only means the best and its me who makes the decisions
